My Story
My own journey into energy healing began with a deeply transformative and emotional experience. After years of professional roles, I became a full-time caregiver for my father as we navigated his new reality brought about by dementia. This period was both deeply challenging and incredibly transformative, teaching me resilience, compassion, and profound empathy.
When my father passed away, I found myself seeking direction, healing, and purpose. It was then, inspired by the "Enlightened Empaths" podcast, that I discovered Reiki. The first session was nothing short of life-changing. I vividly remember rising from the table with an overwhelming, pure sense of joy... a joy I hadn’t felt in years. In that instant, I knew my purpose: to guide others toward experiencing that same profound peace and clarity.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself fully, swiftly completing my Reiki Master training and further expanding my skills with Quantum Energy Transformation™, created by Joshua Bloom. These powerful healing modalities allowed me to not only heal myself but to step into my authentic self fully—joyful, grounded, and inspired.
Today, my passion is helping you quiet your mind, release emotional pain, and open doors to new possibilities. I deeply understand how it feels to navigate overwhelming stress, grief, or emotional challenges. Through Reiki and QET™ coaching, I guide my clients toward deep inner peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.
